At the last World Congress in Alicante, Spain, the last CIS Supervisor Roman LOGISCH from WKF GERMANY was unanimously elected WKF Secretary General by the 60 presidents present.
Ivan DERKACHENKO from Minsk, Belarus, was also unanimously elected as his successor by the Board.
WKF division World Presidents Carlos SUAREZ / ARG, Daniel HIERLAU / HUN and Annis DOMETIOU / GRE were pleased to confirm the appointment and look forward to a good cooperation.

Mr. Derkachenko is well-known and high respected as a manager and expert in our sport.
He will also be serving as a supervisor at the upcoming European Championships June 22nd to 29th in Chisinau, Moldova, and will therefore be the link between Eastern and Western Europe.
